Pinecrest Academy is a private Catholic school conveniently located in Cumming, South Forsyth, just minutes from Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton and Suwanee. We serve families of all faiths seeking a Christian education for their children.

Tuition Assistance

Tuition Assistance is awarded based on demonstrated financial need. Simply complete a tuition assistance application, submit supporting documents, including two years of W-2 forms, and two years of federal income tax returns. Upload to the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS), and you're finished!

The SSS reports to Pinecrest the amount of tuition a family can afford to pay. We give preference to families who have children already attending Pinecrest. (Note: Tuition Assistance is not available for PreK3 or International Students.)
Multiple Children Discount

We offer discounts to families who have more than two children attending Pinecrest in Kindergarten through 12th grade. First and second children pay full tuition. Third and fourth children receive a discount of $1,800, and additional children pay no tuition! Families already receiving financial assistance are not eligible for the multi-student discount.

Pinecrest Academy partners with Smart Tuition for the processing and collection of tuition and fees. Payments are made directly to Smart Tuition and credited to each family's account. Smart Tuition charges an annual $50 administrative fee per family that is collected with the first payment. This fee is for processing the billing and payments, availability of 24 hour / 365 day live agent call center for support, access to the website allowing online payment capability as well as detailed/printable views of account payment history and access to the mobile application.
Family Referral - Tuition Rebate Program

How it works:
If you have received a tuition gift card from a current family, you have been invited to “Share the Treasure” of a Pinecrest education. Simply present the gift card to the Admissions Department to receive a $1000 credit toward your tuition for the upcoming school year.

Guidelines:

You must turn in the gift card with your completed application, and only one card per new family can be used.

Approval of the new student(s) is not guaranteed.

2022-23 Tuition Rates

Pre-K (½ Day - 5 HALF days): $10,130

Pre-K (Full day - 5 FULL days): $11,140

Kindergarten - 5th Grades: $16,020

Middle School (6th-8th Grades): $18,040

High School (9th-12th Grades): $20,180

Tuition increases annually 2%-5%. The cost for lunch and school uniforms are the responsibility of parents. Participation in various school activities such as retreats, athletics, or band does require an additional fee.
