Mark Doxtader, Chairman of the Board
Owner, Carton Craft Supply, Inc. and Impact Alliance, LLC • Member of the President’s Council. Mark received a business degree from Spring Hill College.
Mark and his wife Angie have been long and active members of the Pinecrest community. In the twenty years they have been affiliated with the school, they have served as both presidents and vice presidents of the Parents Association. They have spearheaded volunteer work days to beautify the campus and are ever present at Pinecrest events serving wherever they are needed. The oldest of their four children, Maggie, is a 2011 graduate of Pinecrest Academy. Cole is a 2014 graduate and Anne Marie graduated in 2019. Their youngest daughter Mia is currently enrolled in Pinecrest. The Doxtaders attend St. Benedict’s Catholic Church.

Elizabeth King-Howard
On a leave of absence until her term as Interim High School Principal is completed
Founder, Universal Fiat, Inc. and Inspired EdSourcing, LLC. From 2002-2011, Beth served in various capacities at Pinecrest Academy, including fifth grade teacher, Girls School Dean of Students, and High School Dean of Academics. She graduated from Bowdoin College with a BA in Liberal Arts and a Secondary School Certification.
Beth and her husband, Jason, were actively involved in the school during its early growth and the opening of the high school and continue to love and support the mission of Pinecrest Academy. Their daughters, Margot and Cece, graduated from Pinecrest Academy in 2009 and 2011, respectively. Beth and Jason are parishioners at St. Brendan’s Catholic Church.

Father Lino Otero, LC
Former Leadership Consultant at Catholic Leadership Institute, Fr. Lino has been been involved in leadership development since 2009. As pastor of a parish in Yonkers, New York, he was chosen to participate in the first Learning Community of Parish Catalyst, an organization dedicated to leveraging vibrant parishes in North America.
For two years Fr. Lino was the Territorial Administrator (CFO) of the Legion of Christ and the Regnum Christi Movement in North America. Today he is the superior of his community of Legionary priests, Section Director to Regnum Christi men in Atlanta and chaplain to a non-profit organization called to bring God to the workforce called His Way at Work.
His training has included acquiring degrees in Business Administration, Philosophy and Theology. He has been a school teacher, a school administrator and a youth leader. He has been the pastor of two parishes and done parish ministry for over 17 years. He also started a radio station and a school coop.

Dianne Patota
Dianne Patota is a Pinecrest parent and mother of four. As an English major who attended the University of Dallas and graduated from University of Arkansas, she has enjoyed teaching English in Catholic schools, as well as working in advertising. Dianne serves as Chair of our Board’s newly formed Catholic Identity Advisory Committee, as well as the Committee to Advance Integral Formation® and Catholic Identity. She has assisted in opening two of four family-owned restaurants, one being a new concept, and has overseen all four of them. Dianne also serves as president of her neighborhood BOD.
Dianne is married to Michael and they have four children. The oldest of her children, Mary, is a 2017 graduate of Pinecrest Academy. Will is a 2018 graduate. Kate is currently enrolled in Pinecrest, and the youngest, Josie, will be attending soon. Dianne is a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, where she enjoys teaching Faith Formation.

Dennis Reding
Dennis Reding had a 46-year career in the insurance business, retiring in 2016. He held various management and executive positions in both private company and public company environments, with Fireman's Fund Insurance (a subsidiary of American Express), ACE Limited Bermuda, and Axis Capital Ltd. He also founded Westchester Specialty Group and Axis US Insurance. His responsibilities included both domestic and international operations in the specialty insurance and reinsurance business, and several of his positions included appointments as chairman, CEO, COO or president of these companies, as well as a number of board and committee positions. He is a graduate of the University of Buffalo.
Dennis and his wife of 49 years, Kathy, have three married children, and moved back to the area in 1992. He became acquainted and involved with Pinecrest through his daughter and son-in-law, supporters of Pinecrest, and his granddaughter, who has attended Pinecrest through Lower School and is moving to the Middle School. Dennis and Kathy have been members of St Benedict Catholic Church for 28 years.

Tan Tam
Tan Tam is a versatile and collaborative senior financial executive with over 20 years of broad experience in controllership, tax and assurance, post-acquisition integration, system implementation and executive and board level reporting. His hands-on approach in reorganizing and streamlining accounting operations delivers targeted results. He is viewed by his clients as a successful agent of change with a continuous improvement and operational mindset.
Mr. Tam’s experience includes managing audit teams on clients ranging from private sector businesses to SEC filers, and handling annual financial, bank, and insurance audits, as well as, compliance reporting for corporate, state and franchise taxes. His strengths include financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, and financial system implementations.

Alfonso Villarreal
Chief Financial Officer, Norsan Group. 25 years of management experience including Chief Operating Officer for Norsan • Head of e-Business and Consumer Dialogue for British American Tobacco • Director of Professional Services for MicroStrategy Consulting and other management positions at Kellogg’s, Procter & Gamble, BBVA, CEMEX & Heineken.
Alfonso & his wife Monica have 4 children Alfonso (2015), Estefi (2018), Jesus (2021) and Juan Pablo (current student). The Villarreals attend St. Brendan’s Catholic Church where Alfonso serves at the Pastoral Council.
